Photo Fun

In the spring, I took an amazing online class called The Camera in Your Pocket by LK Ludwig. Taking this class really opened my eyes to the art that occurs naturally in every day life. By using my iPhone and trying out a variety of photo editing apps, I trained myself to use this on-hand camera to capture and enhance/emphasize beauty wherever I saw it. Here are a couple images from the class.

Taken with Hipstamatic, my favorite app.

Edited in Camera Bag.
Edited in TiltShift Generator.
Edited in Film Lab.
Learning how to use all of these apps and more has turned my everyday life into a quest for more artistic material - you can "fill the well" anywhere if you believe in the power of a cell phone camera!

The garden walkway photo with the "Tiltshift Generator"? Looks like it could be out of Willy Wonka! Love it!
